RETURNS:

1. The items must be returned to us within 14 days of your telling us you want a refund items and all packaging in their original condition in secure package and including our returns form at your cost.
After we have received the items, we will credit your bank card with the full purchase price of the items returned within 7 working days from the day we receive it.
2. If any of the returned items are in an unsuitable condition, we will post it back to you and no refund will be issued.

SHIPPING:

1. Order precessing may take 1-3 business days or more when agreed with the customer. Worldwide shipping may take up to 28 business days. Shipping cost. is calculated from the package's size, weight and. the. recipient's country. The maximum weight of the package is 10kg.
