Return Policy 

You can only return the item based from the following: 

• 1. The item is damaged/defective
• 2. It has a missing part
• 3. Wrong item was delivered to you.
• 4. Item is expired. 

You can return any item for refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Return the item?

• 1. Take a photo for documentation.
• 2. Contact us regarding your concern about the item.
• 3. Once the item is approved for return based from the policy, you may wish to refund or change the item.

Delivery thru courier

• Delivery date & time of your order to your address will depends on courier’s schedule (usually takes 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS)
• If you pay your order on or before 11AM, We will forward your package to courier the same day. Else, it will be forwarded to the courier the next day.
• Once forwarded, we will provide you the TRACKING DETAILS of your package for your reference.
